Conservation Projects by the World Land TrustSaved: 375,000 acres of wildlife habitatsSince its foundation in 1989 the World Land Trust has helped purchase and protect over 375,000 acres of threatened wildlife habitats. The map below links to the Trust's current active conservation project areas as well as areas with successfully completed projects and other areas where we have projects partners. Links to other projects related pages can be found below.
You can support a conservation project by making a donation, or a gift donation. Or, even better, become a WLT Partner by making a regular donation. More information on WLT's conservation projects:In addition to the projects above, the Trust is helping zoos and aquariums get involved in in situ wildlife conservation through its Wild Spaces Programme. The WLT has also helped establish a national park in Lebanon.
